Watermelon,Mint & Lime Cooler

A Natural refreshing Watermelon Iced Summer Spectacular, with a slice of Fresh Lime, drizzle of Agave Nectar and a Sprig of Mint Leaves...Delicious!

(and of course a juicy Watermelon Slice in the side)
Mint, Lime and Watermelon work beautifully together.

Both Flavours compliment each other, and Mint is a great Leaf to add to drinks & food. It has soothing & calming benefits & it has been used for thousands of years to help improve digestion problems. It also contains an Antioxidant which has been studied to help and improve symptoms of Allergies.Watermelons are delicious, summer fruits that you can Eat as a dessert, starter or as a refreshing Drink. 

Did you know, that Watermelons are 92% Water?!! This yummy Fruit has many nutrients, too many to list them all...

Lets get on with the recipe<3

Ingredients-

-1/2 a Watermelon (Cubed)

-2 Lime's (Juice)

-15-20 Ice Cubes

-Pinch of Salt

-1/8 Teaspoon of Fine Sugar

-Agave Nectar to Drizzle (optional)

-1 Slice of Watermelon & Mint Leaves to decorate

Lets get blending.....

Step 1- Place your Watermelon and Ice into your Blender or Food Processor. Blend until well mixed.

Step 2- Then add in the Sugar, Salt and Lime Juice. Blend again until fully combined & smooth.

Step 3- Pour your yummy Watermelon Drink into your favourite glass. Decorate with a slice of Fresh Watermelon and a light drizzle of Agave Nectar for added sweetness(This is optional) and a few leaves of Mint. 

This Drink can be made anytime of the year and it always tastes delicious!
