I noticed Lush were bringing out their adorable Festive range. I had a really good idea to replicate 5 of my Favourite Festive products into Food/Party nibbles. 

Lush kindly gifted me these 5 products in support of my Vegan Blog and to see what creations i would come up with.

I am attempting to creature a Recipe for each of these Festive Lush products over the next week! so stay tuned!

In the meantime, my first creation is based on the Peeping Santa Bubble Bar.

 It is Uplifting and Cleansing as it contains Bergamot Oil, Geranium Oil and Olibanium Oil. All of these Oils help to Tone, Relax, balance and Cleanse the Skin in a Luscious warm bath.

It is 100% Natural and the Chocolate Eye Drops are Dairy-free!

Crumble this Santa under running Water, and watch your bath turn into Santa's Jacket (Red with White,Fruity Bubbles) then enjoy bathing in this moisturising, silky, aromatic Bubble Bar!

 I made these bitesized Coconut Cream filled Santa's! These are super easy and fun to make and put together, but they are very effective and would be perfect served at a Christmas Party or Festive family gathering. 

Ingredients-

-Handful of Fresh, Large Strawberries

-1 Can of Coconut Milk ( Full Fat, High Quality)

-Handful of Raisins

-Almond Extract

-Confectioners Sugar(Icing Sugar)

(All of these Ingredients are Natural and Fair-trade)

(You will need to Chill your Can of Coconut Milk upside down in the Fridge overnight in preparation) This helps to separate the Water from the Coconut Cream.

Step 1- Place an empty bowl in the Fridge to chill for 10 minutes.

Step 2- Open the Can of Chilled Coconut Cream and carefully drain out the Clear Liquid, we only want the White Cream. 

Step 3- Transfer the Cream into the Chilled Bowl and whisk the Coconut Cream, 2 Teaspoons of Icing Sugar & 4 Drops of Almond Extract with a Hand mixer until thick & creamy.

Place back into the Fridge whilst you prepare the Strawberries.

Step 4- Wash and fully dry your Strawberries. Cut the Leaves off so Santa sits by himself then Chop the Strawberry in half.

Step 5- Scoop some of the Creamy mixture and dollop onto the Strawberry and place Santas Hat back on.

Step 6- Decorate by chopping a Raisin in half (you could use Cacao Nibs/Chocolate) and place into the Cream to look like Eyes.

Plop a small amount of the Cream on the tip of Santa's Hat to replicate a White, Fluffy Bobble. 

For added sparkle, i placed a tiny Shimmer Ball on top of each Bobble. 

Serve with a Glass of Almond Milk, just like Santa would like!

Keep stored in a sealed Container in the Fridge.
